Gamers all have different opinions, even in the wake of the biggest launch in MMO history. Of course we’re talking about Star Wars: The Old Republic, produced by BioWare. Launched late in December, it broke many records for subscriptions and continues being a juggernaut. We even suggested there are reasons you should be playing SWTOR right now (and we are). However, as time passes, gamers are out voicing their opinion. We’ve traveled to the end of the internetz and back to get you some reasons gamers are giving for not playing SWTOR. Here are the reasons you shouldn’t play SWTOR:

1) If you truly like MMOs and grouping, SWTOR is not for you.

Besides the companion, SWTOR, to many, feels like a Single-Player game wrapped in an MMO subscription model.

2) If you like to be able to change your spec on the fly, SWTOR is not for you.

Other MMOs such as RIFT and even World of Warcraft allow you to quickly switch specs. This feature is not that easy in Star Wars.SWTOR Smuggler

3) If you like uninterrupted game time, SWTOR is not for you.

Game updates bring all servers down and can take up to 8-10 hours at times.

4) If you are a hardcore PvP player, SWTOR is not for you.

Gamers have complained about the lack of PvP zones.

5) If you are a hardcore raider, SWTOR is not for you.

Most raids and dungeons are incredibly easy and pose little to no challenge.
